2059 Series – For the Smallest Sizes

With a height of merely 2.7 mm (1.063 inch), the smallest WAGO terminal block is the ideal solution for extremely small LED modules. The 2059 Series accommodates standard conductors up to 0.5 mm2 (20 AWG, solid) in very confined spaces. Board-to-board connection links simplify in-line assembly of several LED modules into a single string.

  • Push-in termination of solid conductors
  • Conductor range: 26 … 20 AWG (0.14 … 0.5 mm², solid)
  • Easy conductor removal via operating tool

2060 Series – For Manual & Automated Wiring

The 2060 Series is the universal solution for connecting LED modules. With an integrated push-button and a conductor range from 24 to 18 AWG (0.2 to 0.75 mm2, solid/fine-stranded), this series offers great freedom for both manual and automated wiring. Board-to-board connection links simplify in-line assembly of several LED modules into a single string.

Advantages:

  • A low profile of just 4.5 mm (1.771 inch) and white housing to minimize on-board shadowing
  • Push-in termination of solid conductors
  • Easy conductor removal via operating tool
  • Group arrangement is possible via one- to three-pole units without pole loss, reducing the number of variants and lowering production costs

2070 Series – Back-Side Wiring of LED Modules

WAGO’s all-new 2070 Series SMD PCB Terminal Blocks provide back-side wiring of LED modules, minimizing on-board LED shadowing and simplifying wiring. With the new 2070 Series, WAGO is putting new SMD PCB Terminal Blocks for solid and fine-stranded conductors ranging from 0.2 to 0.75 mm2 (24–18 AWG) on the market. The special feature: The new terminals blocks are designed for back-side wiring of LED modules.

Advantages:

  • For shifting wiring to the back of the LED modules
  • Low profile of just 1.1 mm (0.433 inch) on top of the PCB minimizes shadowing
