Ascot Capital Group, the parent company of Standard Products Inc., Stanpro Lighting Systems Inc., and Aimlite Corp., has acquired a majority share of LumenTruss. Located in Montreal, Quebec, LumenTruss is a specialty manufacturer of architectural lighting products active in both Canadian and American markets.
