EarthTronics introduces its new Slim LED Recessed Downlight Series designed for energy efficiency and easy installation in finished drywall and architectural tile ceiling spaces with tight space tolerances for hospitals, hotels, long-term care facilities, schools, office buildings and other commercial and residential applications. Rated for wet locations, the new LED series is ideal for high humidity areas and around bathroom showers.

The 4-inch and 6-inch slim recessed downlights have an integrated switch allowing for the selection of one of five colors at the time of installation. The color selection includes 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K, all with a 90+ CRI at a wide 110° beam angle for improved visual acuity and efficient performance. Operating at 120-volt AC power, the 4-inch 650 lumen 10-watt downlight delivers 65 watts per lumen, while the 6-inch 900 lumen 12-watt unit offers 75 watts per lumen for maximum efficiency. Both of the recessed downlights feature smooth dimming to 10 percent and come with an attractive white finish. The downlights have a minuscule height for fast and easy installation in tight spaces, even directly under joints.

Built to perform in extreme temperature ranges from 135°F down to -40°F, the Slim LED Recessed Downlight Series is IC-rated for use in insulated ceilings and meets IECC air leakage requirements to provide a versatile and attractive downlight option. The fixtures are compliant with California Title 24. The series is also Energy Star, FCC and ETL listed with a 50,000-hour rated performance life, and comes with a five-year warranty.
