With over 15 years of experience in architectural lighting design, specification sales, and project management, Rini brings a strong understanding of the intersection between design, functionality, and energy efficiency. Rini’s background includes roles as a Lighting Designer at Arcadis, HH Angus, Smith + Andersen, and Crossey, where she led advanced lighting and controls projects across Canada and the U.S., and sales positions at top-tier agencies where she secured multi-million-dollar projects. She is an active member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IESNA) and the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD), serving as Communications Chair and a Fundamentals of Lighting Instructor.
