Justin brings over 10 years in architectural and commercial lighting, 15 years of consultative sales, theatrical lighting design expertise, and a background in acting. His career has given him a well-rounded perspective across the lighting ecosystem—from specification and sales to production and field support—beginning as a master electrician and continuing through entertainment supply sales, lighting showroom consulting, manufacturing, and work with a lighting rep agency.

Known for his collaborative, relationship-driven mindset, Justin focuses on helping people understand what light does and why it matters—supporting spaces that feel better, function better, and deliver lasting value.
