Nominations have opened on the 15th September and close on the 17th November with the winners being announced at Light & Intelligent Building Middle East in January 2024.

What is the 40 Under 40?

The 40 under 40 is a unique annual competition to select young and outstanding individuals who work in a creative capacity with the application of lighting in architecture. Candidates should be passionate about lighting and display outstanding talent and potential, and have demonstrable achievements in the field.

Past sponsor, Filix Lighting has taken over this now independent competition that will be supported by Filix in conjunction with Light Collective.

You are all invited to visit the new website 40under40 to honor the 2020 generation once more and nominate your candidates for the 2021 generation.
