NEMA

The National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) has published ANSI_ANSLG C78.901-2013 American National Standard for Electric Lamps—Single-Based Fluorescent Lamps—Dimensional and Electrical Characteristics to assist in the proper application of single-based fluorescent lamps.

The standard provides specifications for both the lamp and interactive features with the ballast, and supersedes ANSI_IEC C78.901-2005. These lamps are designed for 60Hz and/or high frequency operation. Find out more http://www.nema.org/pages/default.aspx.
