Exciting Partnership Announcement from LuxVision and Techni+Contact

Each year, the International Dark-Sky Association recognizes and celebrates the incredible achievements of individuals and groups who are committed to our mission to preserve the night.

The expo was the inspiration for Europe’s largest roadway lighting project to date:the installation by AEC Illuminazioneof 100,000 ITALO luminaires LUXEON M LEDs.The project is expected to reduce energy costs by 52%, and overall lighting costs by 31%. Milanstands to save 10 million euros on energyand emit 20,000 fewer tons of CO2 i in the first year alone.

As Official Lighting Partner of this year’s Eurovision Song Contest, OSRAM has been granted extensive global association, event, media and new media rights for the upcoming events. In return, OSRAM is contributing most of the entertainment lighting. This year’s contest takes place May 19, 21 and 23 at the Wiener Stadthalle in Vienna, Austria. 

The American Association of Independent Lighting Agents (ā˗lă) announces the official launch of www.lightingagents.org and invites independent lighting & controls agencies and the manufacturers of lighting & controls (who partner with agents) to join AAILA as Founding Members.
