A variety of Viscor LED products are now rated for hazardous locations. Hazardous locations are defined as areas that may be at risk of fire or explosion in the presence of

  • Class I: Flammable gases, vapours, or liquids
  • Class II: Combustible dust
  • Class III: Ignitable fibres

In a location where a classified hazard:

  • Division II: does not normally exist but is possible to appear under abnormal conditions
