Beghelli Canada Acquired by Ascot Capital Group

Ascot Capital Group, the parent company of Standard Products Inc., Stanpro Lighting Systems Inc., Aimlite Corp., and LumenTruss, has acquired 100% ownership of Beghelli Canada from its parent company Beghelli S.p.A. The transaction was recently closed and takes immediate effect.

Located in Markham, Ontario, Beghelli Canada is a manufacturer of performance emergency, architectural, and industrial lighting products. It will run as a separate stand-alone entity within the Ascot group and will continue to be led by Bruno Ardito, the company’s General Manager. The business will continue to manufacture and market its products under the Beghelli  brand and will collaborate with Beghelli in Italy to source and develop new products. It will also continue to supply manufactured products to Beghelli companies in the US & Mexico.

The corporate name will change shortly to Beluce Canada Inc., and communication will be provided shortly to the customer and vendor base to provide details in this respect.
