Oksana Kostylova Appointed to Director of Human Resources at GVA Lighting

GVA Lighting is pleased to announce the promotion of Oksana Kostylova to Director of Human Resources.

Oksana joined GVA Lighting in June 2022 as an HR Generalist and was promoted to HR Manager later that year in recognition of her impact and leadership. Since joining GVA, she has strengthened core HR foundations, enhanced key people processes, and provided thoughtful support to leaders and teams across the organization.

In her new role, she will report to Gareth Bruce, Executive Vice President, and will lead GVA’s human resources strategy with a focus on strengthening organizational effectiveness, reinforcing their culture, and advancing talent development.

I am honored to step into this role and continue supporting the incredible people who make GVA what it is. Together, we will keep building a workplace where individuals can grow, contribute, and succeed as we move forward.
