With her leadership style that centers on empowerment, transparency and breaking down barriers, she will play a crucial role in nurturing growth at LEDVANCE and illuminating a brighter, sustainable future. Her global perspective and cross-industry experience will help us reach new heights in the market while staying true to our core values.

After being with our company for five years, what are Vivian’s plans for her new role as Head of Global Brand Management? “My goal is to bring a fresh vision to our brand strategy to drive impactful change in the lighting and renewable energy industries.”
