Debby Hite Welcomed as New Brand Loyalty Marketing Manager at SATCO

SATCO is pleased to announce the appointment of Debby Hite as their new Brand Loyalty Marketing Manager. Debby is an industry veteran with more than a decade of experience helping manufacturers and distributors strengthen channel relationships through strategic engagement and program development.

Hite brings extensive experience connecting business strategy with execution, creating initiatives that support distributor partnerships, motivate sales teams, and drive sustainable growth. Her background includes working closely with manufacturers, distributors, and their sales organizations to ensure engagement strategies reflect real-world channel dynamics.

Prior to joining SATCO, Hite served as Director of AD Rewards at Affiliated Distributors, where she launched and grew the program. What began in the electrical segment evolved over time into a broader, multi-channel platform supporting AD suppliers, distributors, and sales professionals across 6 industries.

Debby understands how to turn strategy into action across the channel. Her relationship-first approach and creative thinking align well with SATCO’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and long-term partnership, supported by her strong incentive-industry expertise.
