Acuity Brands Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of Acuity Brands, Inc. have declared a quarterly dividend of 13 cents per share.
The dividend is payable on May 3, 2021 to shareholders of record on April 16, 2021.

New technical requirements for Interior and Exterior Networked Lighting Control (NLC) systems associated with commercial and industrial buildings, roadways, and exterior environments are here. NLC systems are defined for the purposes of these requirements as the combination of sensors, network interfaces, and controllers that effect lighting changes to luminaires, but does not include the luminaires themselves.

With over 35 years of experience in the Canadian electrical industry, Jean-Claude brings extensive knowledge of the market and strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, suppliers, and customers. Holding a college diploma in Electrodynamics and a certificate in Marketing from the University of Quebec in Montreal, Jean-Claude began his career in sales with GTE Sylvania. His journey continued with major companies such as Cooper Lighting, Canlyte, Franklin Empire and Philips Lighting (Signify) for which he played various regional and national leading roles. For the last 4 years he served Leviton Canada as VP of Sales for Eastern Canada and as a member of the executive committee. Since the early debut, Jean-Claude was deeply involved in industries associations and committees such at EFC Canada, AD and IES just to name a few. These achievements reflect his commitment to excellence and his results-driven approach. At RENO Lighting, they are convinced that Jean-Claude will play a key role in defining new growth strategies, strengthening existing customer relationships and develop new markets, and that his vision and dynamism will contribute greatly to their long-term success.
