Luminii Acquires Calgary Based Manufacturer Senso Lighting

Luminii, a manufacturer of specification grade architectural LED lighting systems, announced it has acquired Calgary, Canada based lighting manufacturer, Senso Lighting.

“This is a special moment in time for the company as we look to expand our business beyond North America and into new markets”, said Jeff Parker, CEO for Luminii. “Bringing the Luminii and Senso brands together signifies a new era for us which will shape the future of the company and ultimately the lighting industry.” Parker went on to say, “we now have the ability to bring best-in-class solutions beyond linear in the form of directional fixtures giving our customers even more options as they consider outfitting an entire space.”

Founded in 2007, Senso has been designing robust, environmentally conscious lighting solutions including downlights, track, surface mount, and pendants serving a wide range of applications. Known for state-of-the-art in-house operations, meticulous attention to color rendering, and exceptional customer service, the team works directly with lighting designers, architects and engineers ensuring not only specs are met, but expectations are exceeded.
