LAMP 2018: Public Vote for People’s Choice

March 3, 2018

For the LAMP 2018 International Lighting Design Competition, LAMP received 142 submissions from 85 cities in 28 countries. Shown in photo: an entry from SoomeenHahm Design, a London, U.K. design studio interested in research oriented architectural and computational design.

Vote for your favourite lighting design in the Online People’s Choice Public Vote. Voting has now been completed by the panel judges, and finalists will be announced in August.

Please base your choices for your favourite lamp on the following guidelines:

  • Aesthetics — contemporary, visually stimulating, innovative, unique and marketable
  • Function — simplicity in its intended use
  • Creativity — a unique approach to materials & design
  • Interpretation of this year’s theme — balance

Voting is limited to one vote per submission per voter in each category. You may vote on as many submissions as you like.  Voting ends June 1.
