IES Toronto: LightWalk at the Aga Khan Park

February 19, 2018

IES Toronto invites members to take an evening lightwalk at the majestic Aga Khan Museum and the Ismaili Centre in Toronto on March 1. The Ismaili Centre in Toronto, shown in the photo, is one of only six in the world.

Light was the inspiration for both structures. The architects’ guidance was to ensure that light is ever-present and animating the buildings. An exceptional level of detailing combined with a commitment to quality and craftsmanship, this is an event not to be missed.

Doors open at 5:30 PM. Following presentations by the architects and lighting designers, there will be a guided tour of the museum and the Ismaili Centre. Tours are scheduled to end about 10 PM.
