EarthTronics, dedicated to developing innovative energy efficient lighting products that provide a positive economic and environmental impact, introduces its new high-efficient, IP69K-rated and NSF certified LED Wash Down High Bay for use in food processing and other clean room applications where washdown and product safety are important.

Designed with high quality Samsung LED chips to provide for 120,000 (L80) rated performance life, the 150-watt LED Wash Down High Bay delivers 19,500 lumens, which is suitable for 15 to 30 feet mounting heights to replace a 400-watt, high-intensity discharge (HID) lamp. The LED Wash Down High Bay features 5000K color temperature with a high 80+ CRI at a 90° beam angle with use of standard polycarbonate lens for increased visual acuity in labor intensive applications. The fixture has a 1-10V dimming standard. It accepts 100 – 277-volt AC power supply. An integrated microwave sensor is capable of daylight harvesting, step dimming, variable field of range and motion sensitivity, all of which increase energy savings.

Ideal for food processing, commercial kitchens, agricultural and manufacturing facilities, the LED Wash Down High Bay is protected by a powder-coated cast aluminum alloy housing for durability in corrosive environments. The housing is designed to shed water impacting the fixture either through cleaning methods or while operating in processing environments. With its shatterproof polycarbonate lens that is stronger than glass, the LED Wash Down High Bay has a dust tight design that can be cleaned using a high-pressure washer. The fixture also includes 6’ 18/3 SJT cord and stainless-steel hangar for long-term performance.

The EarthTronics LED Wash Down High Bay is built to perform in extreme temperature ranges, operating from 122°F down to -40°F. The fixture is approved by the Design Lights Consortium (DLC). It is also UL, RoHS and NSF listed, and comes with a five-year warranty. The LED Wash Down High Bay may be accepted for utility rebates in many markets.
