Lumenwerx Introduces New Drop Lens Options for Via Family

LDS Via Lumenwerx 400

Oct 10, 2019

Lumenwerx has introduced new drop lens options across their Via family of products. This option is now available for all sizes: 1.5″, 2″, 3″, 4″, and 5″.

The drop lens provides interesting side glow onto the ultra-clean Via profile. Visible at a distance, drop lenses enliven general work spaces, in addition to conference rooms, circulation areas, cafeterias and lobbies.

With Patterns too

Using VIA 1.5 fixture allows you to combine any of our linear Clusters optics to form custom continuous luminaires with integral drivers. Combinations are available for pendant and recessed mounting (with various ceiling trim details). For all other mountings, please consult the factory.

Size Options

Via drop lenses are extruded to 0.5″, 1.0″, and 1.5″ depth. The specific options for each Via size complements the specific form factor.

Increased Efficacy

The Via drop lens is created from the same diffusing material as our High-Efficiency Luminous Optic (HLO) lens and provides visually uniform brightness on all surfaces. Efficacy increases and varies by size. Featuring crisp corners, the drop lens snaps into the Via housing in the same way as the flat diffuser. Via Direct and Direct/Indirect fixtures all now offer the drop lens optic. Additionally, Via recessed fixtures are now available with a regressed diffuser.
