By: LinkedIn Post Magic Lite

Magic Lite is proud to announce the promotion of Jennifer Penton to Chief Operating Officer (COO)!

Jennifer brings a strong personal connection to Magic Lite. With a PhD in engineering and early experience working in the Magic Lite warehouse as a teenager, she has grown with the company from the ground up. Over the past several years, she has been an invaluable member of their leadership team, serving as Vice President of Business Development for the past 2 years and National Sales Manager for 1.5 years before that.

Her promotion reflects her deep commitment to their organization, her strategic mindset, and her ability to drive meaningful growth across Canada. With over a decade of experience in sales and global business development, Jennifer brings a unique combination of technical expertise, commercial insight, and an unwavering enthusiasm for supporting their reps, distributors, project engineers, and customers.

This milestone is especially meaningful as Jennifer steps into an executive role alongside her father, Tom Penton, CEO of Magic Lite. Their shared dedication to the company’s continued growth and long-standing family legacy strengthens the foundation on which both brands continue to thrive.

Please join Magic Lite in congratulating Jennifer on this well-deserved promotion. They are excited for the vision, drive, and leadership she will bring as the COO of Magic Lite.
