Malerie Hernandez Welcomed as a New Project Coordinator at RENO Lighting

RENO Lighting is excited to welcome Malerie Hernandez to the team as one of their Project Coordinators.

Malerie brings 16 years of experience in the energy industry, including energy analysis, LED retrofit planning, government incentive programs, and electrical project coordination. Her strengths in attention to detail, strategic thinking, and managing large-scale projects make her an incredible addition to their team. She’s committed to building strong, long-term customer relationships — a perfect fit with RENO Lighting’s service-first approach.

Outside of work, Malerie enjoys spending time with her family as a new mom, exploring new restaurants, and staying active through yoga and fitness classes.
