New Era Series: Precise Light Distribution & Wide Range Output

Luminaires in the New Era Series are designed to distribute a wide range of lumen output levels evenly over vast areas. These luminaires are intended for highways, boulevards, and parking areas, and feature a full cutoff Orion optical system that precisely control light distribution helping New Era become the new street lighting benchmark.

Construction

  • Rugged diecast aluminum housing incorporating the Orion optical system and driver compartment
  • Molded silicone gaskets and stainless-steel hardware
  • Housing equipped with adjustment steps is easily leveled by +/- 5°

Advanced Optics

  • Orion’s acrylic optical lenses are designed to illuminate where light is needed, while achieving excellent uniformity with
    maximum spacing
  • Over 14 light distributions available, including the 8 standard distributions T1, T1A, T2, T2M, T3, T3M, T4, and T5
  • Optional house-side shield (HS) available to reduce back light
  • High power LED available in 3000K & 4000K
  • The luminaire’s no lens (NL) option optimizes the light distribution of the optics
  • IP66 rated sealed optical chamber for harsh weather conditions

  • Tool-free access to driver and surge protector with easy quick disconnect connectors
  • Dimmable 0–10-volt, high power factor (90%) driver
  • MVOLT, HVOLT, 120, 208, 240, 277, 347 or 480 volts drivers available
  • 10 kA Surge protector supplied standard

  • Photocell W/7-Pin receptacle (PT)
  • 7-PIN receptacle (ANSI C136.41) (PTDR)

  • Field adjustable 10% increment step-dimming switch (SD)

  • Super durable, extremely resistant exterior polyester powder coating meets AAMA 2604 requirements
  • Available in 16 standard acolors
  • Textured (TX) or smooth (SM) finish available
  • Optional RAL colors are also available
  • For added protection a Marine Grade (MG) pre-finish is available
  • Tamper proof, stainless & black oxide hardware
