Leaman Named CEO of EiKO Global

Effective October 25, 2018, Richard D. Leaman is now CEO of EiKO’s global business in commercial and industrial lighting. 

Leaman’s experience and expertise are well aligned with EiKO’s continued efforts to build deeper relationships with the company’s distributor partners. His 30-year lighting career has included several executive positions in Osram’s general lighting, automotive lighting, and materials and components businesses. 

Leaman was President and CEO of Osram Sylvania Inc. and Region Head of the Americas for Osram. He held operating positions in every major segment within Osram Sylvania, beginning in 1984 as a senior industrial engineer in Titusville, PA. His early career included experience as product marketing manager, manufacturing plant manager, director of sales and marketing and general manager for the incandescent lighting strategic business unit. He was also President of Valeo Sylvania, a Tier One automotive lighting supplier, and CEO of Osram’s global automotive lighting business located in Munich, Germany.
