First Light Technologies has teamed up once again with urban lighting furniture manufacturer Structura to launch two new architectural solar lighting bollards – the Ata and the Zora.

Constructed with a sustainably sourced solid Accoya wood body, the Ata and the Zora compliment any outdoor space with a unique and aesthetically compelling design. Powered by First Light’s solar technology, these bollards offer unmatched lighting performance with 50% lower installation costs, no ongoing electric bills and no scheduled maintenance.

The solar modules integrated seamlessly into the bollard heads are encapsulated in high-impact, UV resistant polyurethane to withstand any abuse.

Leading Solar Lighting Meets Highest Quality Craftsmanship

The Ata and Zora combine Structura’s craftsmanship with the most advanced solar lighting technology available. Each wooden bollard is precision machined using CNC technology and assembled through glulam construction allowing these bollards to withstand exposure to extreme weather conditions.

Ideal for way-finding and space delineation applications, the Ata produces omni-directional, low glare light.

The Zora is available either as a solar or AC version and is ideal for ground illumination along pathways. Both incorporate First Light’s Solar Lighting Controller which allows each light to be self-learning and predicatively adapt to their surrounds to optimize lighting performance.

This is the second collaboration between First Light and Structura, first collaborating in 2012.
