CORE Products Canada Ltd. Announces Corporate Name Change to “Premise LED Inc.”

September 6, 2017

CORE Products Canada Ltd. has announced that it is changing its corporate name to Premise LED Inc. The name change reflects the company’s commitment to serve broader markets.

“For the past eight years, our growth has been fuelled by the tremendous support of our customers and now this success is drawing us into markets that we’ve never dreamed of,” said Nick Wagner, President and Co-founder of Premise LED Inc. “But in a lot of these new markets, the name CORE is already in use; so we decided to put what made us successful directly in our name: our premise of sticking to the main principles of how we do business so that we’d never forget how we got here.”

Premise LED Inc. was started from a small warehouse in Hamilton carrying a line of LED lamps, serving customers in the Greater Toronto Area. Today, it is proud to offer a complete line of LED luminaires including Flat Panels, High Bays, Troffers, and Explosion Proof Floods from its two warehouses located in Toronto and Calgary.
