Rini Ngai Announced as Business Development A&D Specialist at LightForm

LightForm is excited to welcome Rini Ngai as their new Business Development A&D Specialist. With over 15 years of experience in architectural lighting design, specification sales, and project management, Rini brings a strong understanding of the intersection between design, functionality, and energy efficiency.

Rini’s background includes roles as a Lighting Designer at Arcadis, HH Angus, Smith + Andersen, and Crossey, where she led advanced lighting and controls projects across Canada and the U.S., and sales positions at top-tier agencies where she secured multi-million-dollar projects. She is an active member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IESNA) and the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD), serving as Communications Chair and a Fundamentals of Lighting Instructor.

In her new role, Rini will build relationships with architects and designers, providing innovative lighting solutions to support their creative visions. Please join LightForm in welcoming Rini to their team!
