MaxLite Introduces new and Improved 10-year Warranty Coverage on C&I LED Fixtures

LDS MaxLite warranty 400

July 31, 2019

MaxLite proudly announces the launch of WarrantyMax, a comprehensive service program that gives lighting customers automatic 10-year warranty coverage on most commercial and industrial LED fixtures.

This industry-leading initiative provides MaxLite customers with the highest levels of quality assurance and value across a broad range of commercial and industrial indoor and outdoor fixtures. The WarrantyMax program, which took effect July 22, 2019, offers automatic coverage – no registration or minimum product purchase required – with longer product operating hours and a wider ambient temperature range.

The 10-year warranty covers materials and workmanship from the earlier of the actual installation date or 90 days after the original date of purchase from a MaxLite authorized distributor/dealer. Products with a 10-year warranty also qualify for a $25 labor allowance per unit. Extended coverage is available for products with a 5-year warranty; those with operating hours or temperatures that exceed the range covered under the standard warranty (but fall within the minimum/maximum temperatures listed for the product); or for situations in which a higher labor allowance (up to $500 per unit) is desired.

Complete warranty terms and conditions are located at: http://maxlite.com/warranties

MaxLite is capable of offering extensive warranties due to its ongoing commitment to using the highest quality components, including LED chips and drivers, available. MaxLite products undergo rigorous product testing and verification by its NVLAP- and UL-accredited laboratories and accredited third-party testing partners. As a result of MaxLite’s dedication to achieving the highest product performance standards, most MaxLite LED products are ENERGY STAR certified and listed on the Design Lights Consortium (DLC) Qualified Products List.

MaxLite LED indoor and outdoor fixtures can be installed in a variety of commercial and industrial settings, including offices, hospitals, schools and universities, hotels, retail centers, warehouses, manufacturing plants, parking facilities and gas stations. Go to MaxLite.com to learn more.
