The Illuminating Engineering Society (IES),and Acuity Brands are initiating a qualified sponsorship program in support of IES Education. The program will help enable IES’s continued improvements and investments in the creation of new educational programs, systems for disseminating content, and new services to increase the value members receive from the Society.

“We highly value the role IES plays in all aspects of the lighting profession,” said Sarah Golish, SVP, Acuity Brands Lighting.  “Acuity Brands is happy to support future IES initiatives through this sponsorship knowing it will offer new opportunities to further lighting education and related member programs.”

“Acuity Brands has long been a Sustaining Member of the IES, a sponsor at our events, and overall supporter of our activities,” said Tim Licitra, IES Executive Director. “This new relationship and increased level of support assists in ensuring the long-term sustainability of IES Education, while lending to the credibility of what we have built to better support our members and the global lighting industry. We are proud of what we have built and even more excited to move forward with amazing supporters such as Acuity Brands.”
